The Recruiter will be responsible for building up a business through gaining new Contacts.
Exact level of responsibility may vary widely, according to experience and seniority. However, that said, routine work is likely to include:
· Following up new employers.
· Establishing and maintaining working relationships
· Communicating new contacts & developments to prospective work.
· Providing management with perfect profiles.
Hours and Environment:
Usual office hours is from 7:00 PM to 4:30 AM, Monday to Friday.

Ø Good market sense
Ø Understanding about their market.
Ø Good communications skills, both writing and verbally.
Ø To be self-motivated but able to work as part of a team.
Ø Good time-management skills.
Ø A positive attitude.
Ø Good negotiation skills and persuasiveness.

Ø Initiative and enterprise.
Ø To be an effective worker.
Ø Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information.
Ø A smart appearance and professional manner.
